California | Mapping the digital divide
As Senior Data Scientist at the California Department of Education and an SDP Fellow, geocoded nearly four million student addresses in R and combined FCC and Ookla data in QGIS to estimate connectivity gaps. Connecticut | Teachers and school leaders
Coauthor and consultant on a June 2026 CCERC report examining educators’ pandemic experiences through 1,093 teacher survey responses and interviews in six districts. Findings informed recommendations for district and state leaders; the sample was not statewide. Part 1 report

Indiana courts | Accessing Justice with Zoom (2023)
DASS-affiliated coauthor of research analyzing 1,878 unrepresented court users’ responses, with research across 40 courts in 12 counties.
