Evaluation Report Reproducibility Package
Rebuild your grant or institutional evaluation report into a traceable R/Quarto pipeline with an analysis-to-table crosswalk and ERIC submission-readiness checks.
Get the sample kit and rate sheetWho this is for
- Student-success grantee IR directors documenting cohort denominators and data-quality checks.
- College grant project directors developing defensible measures and feasible reporting workflows.
- University evaluation leads preparing for independent evidence review and transparent methods reporting.
- System-office grant administrators defining consistent multi-campus reporting scopes.
- Independent evaluation consultancies looking for a bounded technical subcontract and reproducible handoff.
Bounded pilot scope
- One authorized final evaluation report.
- A runnable R/Quarto pipeline with a locked environment and runtime, seed and SHA-256 manifest.
- Up to 10 core tables and figures linked to their calculations in a deterministic crosswalk.
- Synthetic fixtures for public or team testing. Repository packages exclude restricted data and PII.
- An ERIC Submission Metadata and PDF-to-Award Reconciliation Checklist.
Confidential or restricted datasets require a mutually executed data-handling agreement and approved processing environment prior to file transfer.
For submission-ready materials, review the eligible PDF, submitter rights, required metadata and applicable award identifiers. The environment lock, fixtures and crosswalk support independently verifiable results and institutional quality assurance. ERIC indexing and What Works Clearinghouse evidence ratings are separate decisions. ERIC submission guidance
Explore the synthetic crosswalk
Choose an exhibit to trace a value to the R calculation, its analytic denominator and the input file’s SHA-256 fingerprint.
| Exhibit | Rendered value | Calculation | Analytic N | Input SHA-256 |

Interpret CFI ≥ .95, RMSEA ≤ .06, absolute correlation residuals above .10, absolute residual z above 2.58 and latent correlations below .85 as contextual screening guides alongside theory, model structure and sample size.
